Final cleaning costs €50,00.
Arrivals before 3 p.m. and after 9 p.m. cost €30,00.
Arrivals after 11 p.m. cost €50,00.
Check-out after 11 a.m. cost €30,00.
Arrivals on Sunday or on bank holiday cost €50,00.
The property requires, upon your arrival, 80% of the amount, to be paid cash and €300,00 of security deposit (to be returned upon check-out if there is no major damage).

When booking you will be charged of 20% of total price of stay, this amount is not refundable. The rest of the payment (80% of total amount) is due in cash when you check in. If you cancel more then 30 days before arrival you will be charged an additional 30% of the total amount. If you cancel less then 30 days before arrival you will be charged 100%. EVERY RESERVATION: 50 EUROS OF CLEANING + 30 EUROS FOR CHECK IN ON BANK HOLIDAYS AND AFTER 9 PM
