INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE A €300,00 deposit is required when collecting the keys. Deposit paid in cash has an extra charge of 5%; deposit paid with credit card has no additional charge. Baby cots cost €15,00. Additional beds cost €20,00. Electronic safe is free of charge. Taxi from the keys pick up point to the apartments costs around €4,00. | |

| We deliver the keys to the apt. at Boutique Hotel, located at Pau Claris, 145, ent. 1, Barcelona 08002. Cancellations must be made 10 days before scheduled arrival date. Every booked room which is not cancelled in time will be billed at a cost equivalent to the rate of the first night. NOTE: At check-in, there will be a deposit charge of €300, which will be refunded to client's credit card or bank account after verifying the apartment's condition. | |
