This charming apartment stands out for its privileged position: in a few minutes walk you will reach the sporting centre with swimming pool, tennis courts and a small soccer playground, the lake and the beach as well as restaurants, bars, pizzerie and supermarkets.

The historic centre of Bellagio and Como as well as the prestigious aristocratic villas are easily reachable by car or public transportation, with bus stopping in close proximity to the property.

By car
Take the Como Nord exit of the A8 Milano-Chiasso motorway. Then follow the indications to Bellagio. Alternatively, from Milan, take the SS 36 freeway, and exit at Valmadrera. Cross Valmadrera until you reach the Como lake. Drive along the lake until you find on your left the indications for Bellagio.
