The apartment lies on the ground floor and is composed of two parts connected by a loggia passage opening onto a small charming courtyard with a fountain dating back to the 17th century. It offers space for 4-6 persons. Once sculptor Quinto Martini's atelier, it still retains its artistic character.
The first part features an entrance, a living room with dining corner and kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate bedroom (with twin beds or large bed). The second part has a living room with single sofa bed, a bathroom with bathtub and a loft with double bed (which can be divided into two single beds) plus a single sofa bed.
The apartment is equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, cooker (4 hot plates), washing machine, wardrobe, ironing facilities, satellite TV, heating, radio, hairdryer and desk.
Baby cots are available on request.
