The apartment is situated at the first floor inside an old building at the declivities of Gianicolo, luxuriant green close to the Bothanical garden: so that you can feel the emotion of waking up in the morning with the sound of birds and gulls in the heart of Rome

The apartment of 50 sqm. has a wonderfull ceiling with wood-beam, parquet and a wide living-room with blind kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
