Water, electricity, gas, weekly change of linen, washing machine, satellite TV, air conditioning and heating are included in the price.
Use of the private parking area is included in the price.
Access to the swimming-pool (10x5) metres for communal use (open from 11.04.09 to 31.10.09) is included in the price.
Final cleaning is not included in the price and costs €30,00.
