The building has been completely restored and conserves the period features typical of the old residences of the Venetian nobility: Venetian style floors, wooden doors and windows, a broad staircase with wrought iron banisters and wooden beams.
Just a few yards away from this elegant Venetian bed & breakfast is one of Venice's most interesting attractions: the famous Scala Contarini also known as "Bovolo", an incredible architectural example of the fusion between Gothic and Renaissance styles, built with a series of loggias that wind upwards for several floors.

- If you arrive by car, you can park at Tronchetto or in Piazzale Roma. From Tronchetto take the No. 82 vaporetto getting off at the Rialto stop. As soon as you get off the bus, follow the Riva del Carbon on your right and then turn left into Calle Corner Piscopia o Loredan. At the end of the street Ca’ Loredan is located at No. 4122.

- From Santa Lucia Station, take the No. 1 vaporetto and get off at the Rialto stop. As soon as you get off the bus, follow the Riva del Carbon on your right and then turn left into Calle Corner Piscopia o Loredan. At the end of the street Ca’ Loredan is located at No. 4122.

By airplane
By air
There are various different ways to get to Ca’ Loredan from Venice's "Marco Polo" airport:

- by private water taxi;
- by bus using the "Venezia Air Terminal" service. The bus service will bring you to Piazzale Roma in 20 minutes. From there, take vaporetto No. 1 and get off at the Rialto stop. As soon as you get off the bus, follow the Riva del Carbon on your right and then turn left into Calle Corner Piscopia o Loredan. At the end of the street Ca’ Loredan is located at No. 4122;
- by Alilaguna motorboat service, which will bring you to San Marco in around 1 hour. From the landing stage, go straight towards Calle Vallaresso, cross Salizada San Moisè and head towards Frezzerie. At the end of the street, turn left and then right into Calle dei Fuseri: at the end of the street you will find yourself in Campo San Luca. Cross over the square to the Cassa di Risparmio and take the Salizada San Luca – Ca’ Loredan is located at No. 4122.
