Hotel Fontana lies in the historic centre of Amalfi, on the marvelous Piazza Duomo square, the major meeting point of the town, boasting the imposing S. Andrea church.

Located only 20 metres from the sea, where guests may avail of a reduced price private beach, the hotel is housed in an ancient aristocratic building, fully air conditioned and featuring a bar.

Amalfi has plenty to offer to the visitor, with its pristine beaches, crystal clear waters and bustling nightlife.

The surrounding region also offers a wealth of attractions waiting to be discovered: the enchanting island of Capri, Pompeii with its Roman ruins and the Mount Vesuvio, Paestum with its ancient Greek remains as well as trendy Positano and Ravello,with its stunning villas, lingering on the edge of the cliffs with magnificent views over the coast.
