Hotel’ concept For a business trip or a pleasant tourist visit, we offer the Bellevue Hotel on a nightly basis, with daily cleaning and breakfast served in the rooms (the kitchen area in the rooms also being available).

‘Residence’ concept Do you wish to have a pleasant stay in Normandy ? Have you come to Caen on business? Are you moving to Caen and in need of temporary accommodation ? We offer weekly and monthly stays, with provision of linen, weekly cleaning and changing of linen.

Rooms and Studio Apartments All have practical storage space, dining areas, work areas, double beds, sofa beds in some rooms, TV, telephone, bathroom with bath or shower, toilets and washbasin. The studio apartments have a separate kitchen. The rooms have a kitchen area in the living room. Kitchens or kitchen areas are both equipped with refrigerator, microwaves, coffee makers, electric hotplates, sink, crockery, and they are at your disposal regardless of the length of your stay.

Rooms & Studios 2:Always looking for improvement, we continually work to perfect the accommodation in order for the smallest rooms (13m2) as well as the largest rooms (30m2) to satisfy you in the best quality/price ratio possible.

2 Rooms Apartment:45m2 completely renovated in 2001 into a 2 room Apartment de Charme” with balcony and TV in both rooms.

Everything has been thought of to assure the most pleasant stay for you in an exotic ambiance where wood and stone blend in harmony: Double room with desk, balcony and TV. Living room with dining area, sofa bed, balcony and TV. Spacious and fully equipped American kitchen. Bathroom with shower and washbasin. Separate toilets.

アクセス

You can access the hotel easily from the city bypass ("Périphérique") exit "Bretteville/Odon" (exit 9 from the south or exit 9B from the north), then you travel through Bretteville/Odon. You will then reach Avenue Henry Chéron in Caen. We are located on this road at Number 89.

Coming from Ouistreham, follow signs for "Rennes Cherbourg" ; then take the city bypass north which you should leave at exit 9B (exit "Bretteville/Odon"). (NB. At exit 8, be careful to follow signs for the city bypass south ("Périphérique Sud") in order to remain on the bypass.)

Coming from Paris (A13), follow signs for the city bypass south ("Périphérique Sud") which you should then leave at exit 9 (exit "Bretteville/Odon").

Coming from Le Mans, follow signs for "Rennes Cherbourg" thus taking the city bypass west ("Périphérique Ouest") which you should leave at Exit 9 (exit "Bretteville/Odon").

Coming from Rennes (A84), keep to the left hand lane when you arrive in Caen, and follow signs for "Bretteville/Odon " do not take the city bypass ("Périphérique").

Coming from Bayeux, follow signs for "Paris" thus taking the city bypass south ("Périphérique Sud") which you should leave at Exit 9B (exit "Bretteville/Odon").
