All rooms have an air conditioner operating 16 hrs daily during July and August, TV set, a telephone line, a mini fridge, as well as radio or piped music, bathroom with shower, half-bathtub or bathtub, a balcony or terrace with view of the mountains, the gardens, the pool or the sea. For honeymooners we offer a double-bedded room, bottle of wine and fruit basket.

The Holidays in Evia operates on All Inclusive basis. All pension meals are served in the main restaurant and terrace. All meals are served in buffet-style, offering a large variety of international and local cuisine. Meals are accompanied with house wine, draft beer, soft drinks and water by glass. Theme nights are organized twice a week in the main restaurant and special Lobster or Barbeque evenings, upon reservations, can be organized with extra charge.

Extra charge:
o Theme nights: BBQ, Lobster, Fish indoor or outdoor (on reservation with the animation team).
o All-inclusive services end at 23:00. Consumptions after that time require payment.
o Water sports activities.
o Safe boxes (by the reception).
o Beach & pool towels.
o Mini-market souvenir shop (specific opening hours)
o Day use (upon availability)

If cancelled up to 30 day before arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 20-29 day before arrival, 25% of the total booking rate for the booking period will be charged. If cancelled up to 10-19 day before arrival, 50% of the total booking rate for the booking period will be charged. If cancelled up to 1-9 day before arrival, 75% of the total booking rate for the booking period will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
