The Killeen House hotel is an attractive Edwardian-style home located in the lush green countryside of Killarney, in the heart of Ireland's great golfing region. If you are a golf fan, this is definitely the hotel for you, with a range of great championship golf courses within driving distance of the property.

If golf is not your game, there are many fantastic tourist sites to visit in this lovely part of the world, including Muckross House, the ancient Blennerville Windmill and the Crag Caves. Hotel staff are also on hand to give you information or point you in the right direction.

Within the Killarney National Park is Muckross House - a magnificent Victorian mansion and one of Ireland's leading stately homes. The elegantly furnished rooms portray the lifestyle of the landed gentry during the 19th Century, while downstairs in the basement one can experience the working conditions of the servants who would have been employed in the house. The gardens at Muckross House are renowned for their beauty.
