Its location, in Ciudad Jardín, inside a sub-tropical park opposite a sports harbour and half way, either the historical centre or the comercial aereas, makes it a unique space where its guests can feel the elegance of a recent past, combined with the highest technologies of our times.

Amongst its facilities, we could highlight a Spa Centre (more than 2800 m2) with both interior and exterior swimming-pools, jaccuzzis, hammans (Turkish bath),... All kind of beauty and relax programmes, besides, a Business Centre including lounges from 4 to 1500 PAX. Very near the main commercial areas in the city (Triana Street, Mesa y López Street, shopping centres,...), places of interest (Palacio de Congresos, Institución Ferial, Alfredo Kraus Auditorium) and superbly connected to both the harbour and the airport.
