For more than a century our chefs have been preparing food for the discriminating palette in the same heartfelt way. Our Restaurant offers a tipically Tuscan kitchen, enhanciing and rediscovering all the flawors of once before, from homemade bread, mixed and cooked by the personel at the restaurant, to the most tipical main courses. The atmosphere is warm and cosy and reflects the love in which the various types of delicacyes are cooked, which you can tust confortably seated on a wide terrace of the Restaurant, where you can enjoy a splendid panorama of the city of San Gimignano. The highly trained personel will cook for you main courses such as the Pappardelle al Ragù di selvaggina and moistend wilde boar with Polenta, that can be accompanied with wines from our refined cellars.
