By car
From Germany: Motorway Munich - Salzburg (A 8) : exit at Siegsdorf (B306) then take the Inzell (B312), then via Lofer (B311) and Saalfelden. Before Zell am See, take the tunnel Schmittentunnel for about 5 km. Exit the tunnel and turn right direction Kaprun/Mittersill. At the traffic lights, carry on straight ahead for about 500 meters, then you will find the hotel on your right side: Gasthof Tauernstüberl.
Please note: you won’t use any Austrian motorways so you do not have to buy the Vignette.
