The Residence is composed of three detached villas, containing a total of 15 elegantly furnished apartments, with outer walls made in stone, cotto floors and wood-beam ceilings.

The Residence also features 4 hectares of parkland, three panoramic salt-water, an ample solarium in travertine with sun-umbrellas and sun-beds, bikes and mountain bikes, a shared laundry with ironing facilities and coin-operated washing machines and an open-air barbecue, while inside the property guests will find the Antica Fonte restaurant to taste the best Tuscan cuisine and wines.

Guests can choose from a wide variety of tourist itineraries on foot, by bike or by car. They can have a walk in the path, in the midst of an enchanting scenery, which leads to the medieval town of Casole d'Elsa, just 0.5 miles/800 metres away, set on a hilltop dominating the Elsa Valley.

From the Residence Antica Fonte Resort, you can easily reach the most important historical centers of Tuscany: Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Volterra, Pisa, Arezzo and the seacoast.

ダブルルーム The Residence Antica Fonte is composed of three detached villas, containing a total of 15 apartments, 56 beds, divided in three typologies: two rooms, three rooms and four rooms apartments.

Each villa has been built preserving the characteristics of the typical country houses, with outer walls made in stone, cotto floors, wood-beam ceilings, country furniture, bathroom and kitchen walls and worktops in quality marble and painstakingly selected elegant and sober furnishings.

The apartments features a kitchen corner, fridge with freezer, microwave and toaster, a living room with sofa bed, satellite TV, safe, individually controlled heating and air-conditioning with internal thermostat, bed, bath and kitchen linen and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The three and four rooms apartments also feature a dishwasher.

Coming from the North-Milan-Bologna-Florence: leave the A1 motorway, exit at Firenze Certosa and take the freeway Firenze-Siena. Exit at Colle Val d'Elsa Nord and proceed on the left for approx. 1.2 miles/2 km. Once in Colle Val d'Elsa turn right in the direction of Casole d'Elsa. Pay attention in Le Grazie area, stay on the left hand side and drive in the direction of Casole d'Elsa. Proceed for approximately 4.3 miles/7 km on the SP 27 and before entering in the town, turn right onto the Antica Fonte Resort, Podere Casanova. Proceed for approximately 0.6 miles/1 km in a dirt road until the Residence.
Coming from the South-Naples-Rome: leave the A1 motorway, exit at Valdichiana and follow the 4 lanes beltway to Florence. Take the Firenze-Siena freeway and exit at Colle Val d'Elsa Sud. Turn immediately on the left onto Colle Val d'Elsa and, after the first roundabout, proceed on the main road in the direction of Casole d'Elsa. After approximately 3.1 miles/5 km pass through a bridge and turn right onto Casole d'Elsa and, taking the SP 74, proceed for 4.3 miles/7 km, until the SP 27. Turn right onto Colle Val d'Elsa and, after 0.2 miles/300 meters, turn right to the Antica Fonte Resort, Podere Casanova. Proceed for approximately 0.6 miles/1 km in a dirt road until the Residence.
