Since these apartments are designed for being lived in, all of the facilities you need to work, cook and relax are at your fingertips. The apartment feature balconies with great views and individually controlled air conditioning to keep them at the perfect temperature.

In the living and dining room, you will also find a large flat-screen cable TV with pay-per-view channels, CD player with a radio, and a DVD player. For business guests especially, there is high-speed Internet access, a work desk and a direct dial telephone.

Fully-equipped kitchens with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, marble bench tops, tea and coffee making facilities will allow you to prepare delicious meals. To do your washing, there is a laundry room with a washer, tumble dyer and ironing facilities. The en-suite bathroom is another standard feature, with towels and a hair dryer. Finally, the apartments are cleaned twice a week, with a daily touch up.

By air plane
From Sydney Kingsford Smith International Airport: take the train from the airport to Town Hall Station. On leaving the station, walk along George Street and you will not be able to miss the distinctive Harry Seidler building.

Undercover car parking is available at the residence for one car per apartment. Please note that vehicles must not exceed the maximum vehicle height of 2.1 metres (6.8 feet), nor is parking suitable for oversize vehicles. The car park entrance is on Kent Street, which can only be accessed by coming down the one-way Liverpool street, turning right into Kent Street, and then turning into the first drive way on the right. Guests must park on upper and lower level 6 and the upper level 5 only, otherwise your car risks being towed away.
