Check-in: from Monday to Friday: from 8:30 to 13:00 and from 16:30 to 20:00h. Check-ins on weekends from 8:30 to 13:00h with an extra cost of 25€.
Check-out: From Monday to Friday: from 8:30 to 12:00h. Check-outs on weekends from 8:30 to 12:00 with an extra cost of 25€.


INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Included: internet, the washing machine, dryer and iron services, the apartment cleaning once a week, sheets and towels.
Not included: parking, all extra cleanings.
A 200,00 € diposit is required at check-in to be returned at the end of the stay if everything is in order.

We charge 40% of the total amount when we receive a booking request in order to confirm it. If the guest should have to cancel their reservation: - If notice is received 30 days or more prior to the rental date, the deposit will be returned in full. - If notice is received between 30 and 7 days prior to the rental date, 50% of the deposit will be returned. - If notice is received 7 days or less prior to the rental date, the deposit won’t be returned.
