The luxury villa Sorrento Holidays (V425) is on 4 floors:
Lower ground floor: is the laundry equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and ironing board, a small bathroom and a billiard room.
Ground floor: composed of kitchen, bathroom, double guest room with private bathroom and a spacious living room furnished with armchairs, satellite TV, fireplace and stereo. It also has a dining area with table and chairs for 12 persons. The fully equipped kitchen has an outdoor terrace equipped with barbecue and a pizza stone oven.
First floor: (reachable with lift or stairs) is composed of one single guest room and one twin guest room with direct access to the garden and the swimming-pool. Up another 3 steps there is a master bedroom with satellite TV, walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub.
Second floor (attic floor): is composed of one double guest room with panoramic terrace and a small bathroom with shower.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE Private parking is included in the price. Cleaning and change of linen twice a week is included in the price. Use of swimming pool, housekeeping 3 hours a day, heating 6 hours a day, water and gas is free of charge. Heating 24 hours a day costs €200,00 per week. Private chef, private driver, private skipper, baby sitter, car and boat heiring is not included; prices available upon request. | |
